Dragging Folder To App Replaces Current Open Project

What I did:
1. Dragged a folder (~/workspace/foo) to application icon on the
Dock to open the project.
2. Opened some files to edit.
3. Dragged another folder (~/workspace/bar) to application icon on
the Dock to open this new project.
What I expected to happen:
I expected a second project window to appear with no open files. The folder opened in Step 1 (with the files/tabs opened in Step 2) should remain, but will not be the active window.
What actually happened:
The files listed in the left panel of the open project (~/workspace/foo) were replaced with the new file list from the second project (~/workspace/bar), however the files opened in Step 2 remained open (the tables were visible across the top of the project window).

Thanks. This is the planned behavior, given the sidebar will survive a future version. It's currently a quick hack and will be re-written soon.
