Menu item names should use title case

What I did:
Clicked on any menu at the top in Kod.

What I expected to happen:
A list of menu items, each with a title case label, appears.

What actually happened:
A list of menu items, some in title case and some in sentence case, appears.

Menu items should be in title case, where all non-trivial words are capitalized, like the title of a book. See http://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/UserExperienc...

    Whoops, this is a dupe of issue #6. When I clicked the link to the bug tracker in the beta email, the page gave a list of things I can do as a public user, and the only thing on that list was “create a new ticket”, so I assumed I wouldn’t be able to search for other tickets, and you were using an Apple-like dupe-voting system. I guess that was just bad copy, because after I wrote this ticket, I searched, and I found that other ticket.
