Sort Order: Uppercase should not precede lowercase

Reported by zachriggle | December 24th, 2010 @ 06:31 AM | in 0.0.3

What I did:
Open a folder of files.

What I expected to happen:
The files should be sorted in alphabetic order.

What actually happened:
The files are sorted in alphabetic order, first Uppercase, then lowercase.

After some investigation I believe this bug is due to your active locale. See attached screenshot how it looks for me with LANG=en_US.UTF-8.

    Would you mind

My filesystem is HFS case-sensitive. The default is case-insensitive.
