When you purchase a router, it arrives with default configuration. The default log in credentials and settings are common to all device and hence not secure. Therefore, configuring Netgear routers becomes an important step. Let’s have a look at the same.
Steps to configure Netgear router-
First, open a web browser and click on the address bar. Then enter the default IP address mentioned above. Click on he enter button. The log in window of the router will appear. Enter the username and password of the router. The username and password is admin. Go to the Wi-Fi settings option and configure the router.
