What are the Difference between Convertible Bonds And Reverse Convertible Bonds

Reported by Bonds India | December 13th, 2021 @ 07:05 AM

Bonds are issued by the issuer or buyer to the creditor. If the market value of the collateral or amount of the bond increases, then the value of the convertible bonds also goes up. Similarly, if the value of the material on which the invest in bonds has been issued decreases, the bond will also decrease in price. Investment in Convertible Bonds and investment in reverse convertible bonds are similar with one exception- the role played by the underlying company.
