syntax highlighting breaks on " opening

What I did:
I had a simple C source file (just a main) and when I wrote "a"
(with the quotes) highlighting broke.
What I expected to happen:
the "a" part to be colored.
What actually happened:
everything from the "a" and down, just had the same green color the
"a" should have.

I also got the same error as above. Even so, I also know that it's impossible for any manufacturer to accommodate every user request in a personalized way. I took my own method of building content for the page paper minecraft and it really worked. Let's explore more ways.
