Support emacs-style line jumping

Reported by Chris Jefferson | January 19th, 2011 @ 02:32 PM

Support the ability to choose line number from command line:

The 'skim' pdf viewer supports the ability to jump to a particular line number, it does this from the command line.

Examples:

To open the 100th line in file.tex in emacs, we can do:

emacsclient --no-wait +100 file.tex

Textmate uses:

mate -l 100 file.tex

Something similar for kod would be good.
