"Dirty" status is only know for the current tab

Dirty status is only known for the current tab, and closing the window with Cmd+Shift+W or File->Close window only asks to save the current tab (if dirty) or will simply close the window if the current tab is clean.
we rely on the NSDocument architecture for detecting dirty document when closing a window, and as one window may virtually contain several documents, but AppKit only supporting one per window... yeah, you get it.
