What I did: While editing a Python source file that was created in a different text editor (with tab indentation), I pressed enter at the end of a line. Kod auto-indented the new line with tab characters to match the previous line. I pressed 'tab' to indent the new line and the cursor did not move.

What I expected to happen: I expected the current line to be indented one more tab stop.

What actually happened: Two spaces were inserted at the beginning of the line. Because the line already had tabs, the spaces were invisibly added without adjusting the tab stops and the cursor remained in the same location.

Version of Kod: Kod 0.0.3 beta

I don't want to stir up a tabs vs. spaces debate, but most text editors for coding configure options for hard vs. soft tabs, and number of spaces in the case of soft tabs. That would be useful. (I realize that this ticket is similar, but it sounds different enough from what happened in my case that I created this ticket.)
